Recently, the Beijing Legal Aid Centre held a ceremony to present the ‘12348 Hotline Platform Outstanding Operator’ awards for the period from December 2025 to February 2026, at which JAVY Law Firm was once again honoured with the title of ‘Outstanding Operator of the 12348 Hotline Platform’.
Adhering to the principle of genuinely doing good deeds, practical work and resolving difficulties for the public, the firm provides free legal aid to vulnerable groups. At the award ceremony, Lawyer Tang Jinming, representing JAVY Law Firm, accepted the travelling red flag awarded by the Beijing Legal Aid Centre.
“Dedication to public interest legal services” is an indispensable core value for every JIA LAWYER at Jiawei. The firm actively participates in the duty roster for the Beijing Legal Aid Centre’s 12348 Hotline Platform. Dozens of lawyers have joined the legal aid team, taking turns to handle consultations and answer calls on the platform, thereby enhancing public satisfaction and contributing their social value to the development of the public legal service system.
Since commencing these duties, JAVY Law Firm has been repeatedly recognised as an “Outstanding Service Provider”. This not only signifies the recognition of JAVY Law Firm’s public interest legal service capabilities by the Beijing Legal Aid Centre and the general public, but also serves as a source of motivation and encouragement for our work.
