Recently, the Beijing Legal Aid Centre held an award ceremony for the fourth quarter of 2025, presenting the 12348 Hotline Platform's Outstanding Agent Mobile Red Flag and certificates of honour. JAVY Law Firm was honoured with the title of ‘Outstanding Agent of the 12348 Hotline Platform’.

Adhering to the principle of genuinely serving the public by addressing their concerns and resolving their difficulties, the firm provides free legal aid to vulnerable groups. At the ceremony, solicitor Ma Jinfu, representing Jiawei Law Firm, accepted the流动红旗 award from the Beijing Legal Aid Centre.

Previously, the Beijing Legal Aid Centre hosted the ‘2025 Beijing Legal Aid Centre Legal Consultation Team Professional Training Session’. The conference focused on enhancing professional capabilities and optimising service management, covering topics such as hotline platform policy briefings, service quality improvement strategies, and operational updates. It further clarified dress code requirements for duty solicitors and the selection criteria for ‘Service Stars’, while reporting on the service quality performance of each agent, thereby laying a solid foundation for continuously elevating legal aid service standards.

At the conference, JAVY Law Firm was honoured as the “2025 Outstanding Legal Aid Service Institution”, while attorneys Tang Jinming, Ma Jinfu, and Yin Feitian were recognised as “2025 Outstanding Legal Aid Service Personnel”.
