On June 29, the “2024-2025 Legal Service Innovation Product Forum and the Second Legal Service Innovation Product Case Conference” was held in Beijing, hosted by the Lawyers' Studies Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law and co-sponsored by the Jiang Yong Lawyers' Special Fund of the China Foundation for Exchange of Juridical Sciences. Mr. Huang Ruiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China University of Political Science and Law, Mr. Zhang Guoqing, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Legal Daily, and Mr. Zhang Zofei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Law Exchange Foundation, delivered speeches at the conference. The second legal service innovation product case collection and publicity activities initiated by China University of Political Science and Law's Lawyers' Studies Research Center, widely collects innovative legal service products from all over the country. During the collection of product cases, the organizing committee collected more than 600 product cases declared by judicial administrative organs, lawyers' associations, law firms, corporate public lawyers' organizations, lawyers' teams, individual lawyers, legal technology companies and other legal service support platforms from 24 provinces and municipalities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and so on. After the preliminary examination, review, expert evaluation and other links, the event finally formed the civil, commercial and financial, criminal, government rule of law, intellectual property rights, compliance, driving the development of new quality productivity, foreign-related, lawyers and law firms empowerment and comprehensive a total of 10 categories of legal service innovation product excellent cases, as well as the special honor case, the excellent organization award, the emerging experimental results of the case of three ad hoc categories.

As an important social governance subject and reliance, social groups play an important role in promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. In the process of management and development of social organizations, there are many legal risks. The “White Paper on Legal Risks and Compliance Guidelines for Legal Persons of Social Organizations” is written by Ge Youshan's team of lawyers based on relevant laws and regulations as well as relevant policy documents, through the analysis of legal risks in the process of development of social organizations, combined with the experience gained from years of serving various social organizations, with the aim of helping social organizations to better understand and prevent legal risks in the process of their management and development.
