To fully mobilise social forces, actively promote the social co-management of consumer rights protection and improve the quality and level of consumer rights protection work, the China Consumers' Association (CCA) held the "2024 Lawyers' Group Work Conference" on 3 September. Mr. Ge Youshan, Executive Director and Founding Partner of JAVY LAW FIRM, has been reappointed as a member of the new China Consumers' Association Lawyers Group.
Mr. Ge Youshan, a member of the previous lawyers group, fulfilled his duties conscientiously and was deeply involved in numerous cases, including legal counseling, interviews with enterprises, meetings and seminars on consumer issues, support for consumer lawsuits, online counseling of CCA's monthly 315, and microblogging interactions. He also conducted interviews with consumers and released their viewpoints. Furthermore, he has provided pertinent legal assistance to the CCA in the protection of consumer rights, achieving notable outcomes. He has also been acknowledged by consumers and all segments of society.
The renewal of the appointment is both an honour and a responsibility, which serves to affirm Jia Lawyer's professionalism, practice quality and other capabilities.
