On April 14th, 2023, the China Commission of Arbitration for Sport (CCAS) released the list of its 1st commission arbitrators list, Liu Lu Esq., the head of JAVY’s legal research department was enlisted as one of the 41 arbitrators. The CCAS is the sole arbitration commission established on Feb 11th, 2023, by the General Administration of Sport of China.
Ms. Liu has a Juris Doctor degree, she has been an arbitrator on business dispute for almost 30 years, accumulated extensive experience on handling difficult & complex cases. She also works as a mediator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, as well as arbitrator for the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, Nanjing International Trade Arbitration Commission, and the Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration.
