On 11 June 2025, JAVY law firm successfully held the event of ‘Entering JAVY law firm - Tax Return’. Mr Cao Chunfang, Executive Director of JAVY law firm, delivered a speech for the event, which invited Ms Yang Jie, Senior Account Manager of AIA, to share her experience.
At the beginning of the event, Lawyer Cao Chunfang, Executive Director, delivered a passionate speech. She said that with the continuous adjustment and improvement of tax policies, remittance, as a key link in the management of individual income tax, is of great significance to every taxpayer. This event is timely and provides a quality platform for learning and exchange, and we hope that all lawyers can gain something and better cope with the tax issues in their daily work.
Afterwards, Manager Yang Jie gave an in-depth explanation on ‘Individual tax remittance’. Starting from the basic concept of remittance, Manager Yang elaborated on the time limit of 1 March to 30 June each year for the previous year's remittance, reminding everyone to pay attention to and complete the remittance on time.
In terms of the seven special additional deductions, Manager Yang made a detailed analysis. She explained the key points of declaration for the deductions of infant care, children's education, and continuing education one by one. Through actual cases and easy-to-understand language, she helped the lawyers understand how to avoid common mistakes in the declaration process. In addition, Manager Yang also highlighted the tax incentives for personal pensions, providing the lawyers with more new ideas for tax planning.
In the interactive session, Manager Yang patiently answered the practical problems encountered by the lawyers in the process of personal tax remittance and gave one-on-one guidance, providing practical advice to the lawyers.
