Recently, the Civil Procedure Law Committee of Beijing Municipal Lawyers' Association held a special training on “Civil Enforcement Legal Practice” at Huairou Training Base. The Beijing Municipal Higher People's Court sent Yu Mingyi, Vice President of the Enforcement Division 1 of the Executive Board, and Zhang Shouguo, Deputy Director of the Executive Board of the Beijing Financial Court, to give lectures at the training centre. Zhong Weili, former Vice President of Beijing Yanqing District People's Court, was also invited as the guest speaker. Ma Huijuan, Vice President of the Municipal Lawyers Association, Xu Aiguo, Director of the Specialised Committee, and some members and lawyers attended.

Lawyer Cao Chunfang, deputy director of the Civil Procedure Law Specialised Committee of the Beijing Municipal Lawyers' Association and executive director of JIA LAWYER firm, participated in the training session and acted as the moderator.

Lawyer Cao Chunfang said that civil enforcement work is of vital importance, it is a key link to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and maintain judicial justice. The training course not only enabled the lawyers to significantly improve their enforcement business capacity, but also further enhanced their knowledge, understanding and support of the court's enforcement work. It is also a useful practical exploration of strengthening the construction of the legal professional community and promoting the unification of judicial concepts and standards, which is of far-reaching significance.

The lecturers of this training have profound business skills and the course content is rich and wonderful. Judges Yu Mingyi and Zhang Shouguo introduced important work being promoted by the court such as cross-execution as well as hot issues in civil enforcement, and exchanged views and interacted with the lawyers on site. The training session received wide attention and enthusiastic participation from lawyers, and the number of participants reached a record high.
