Gathering Momentum and Starting a New Journey 2025.01.12On January 12, 2025, the “Belt and Road” Legal Service Forum and the launching ceremony of “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network” was grandly opened in Beijing. The forum was planned and organized by JAVY Law Firm, with People's Rule of Law as the cooperative media of “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network” and special support from Guiqi Academy. Nearly 200 participants, including legal elites, experts, scholars and business leaders from all over the country, gathered together to witness this historic moment and work 

together to draw a grand blueprint for win-win cooperation.

During the keynote speech,  Cao Chunfang, Executive Director of JAVY Law Firm , shared her views on the topic of “JIA LAWYER' Global Service Network: Building a New Ecology of Collaboration and Sharing among Lawyers”.

Today's forum is filled with the visionary ideas of our honored guests, which shows how important collaboration and sharing are to the development of the legal service industry. We hope that the “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network” will become a platform for legal professionals to collaborate and share information.

I am honored to be here today to introduce to you what kind of “network” we are launching, what are its innovations, and what can it bring to us in our ideal blueprint?

As Mr. Zhao Zenghai mentioned, the development of the legal service industry requires more and more inter-agency collaboration and sharing under the wide application of the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. Under this opportunity, JAVY Law Firm advocates the establishment of “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network” based on the concept of “JIA LAWYER” brand sharing, to realize business collaboration and information sharing, so that clients can enjoy convenient and high-quality legal services, and members of the cooperation can obtain abundant and diversified business opportunities to achieve revenue leapfrog. 1. Brand Empowerment

First of all, it is necessary to make it clear that joining the “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network” is not to become a branch of JAVY Law Firm, but as a cooperative member of the “network”, to build the “network” and share the benefits of the “network”. It is a cooperative member organization of the Network, which builds the Network together and shares the rights and interests of the Network members.

Some concepts need to be clarified here.

We refer to the original branch offices of Gallagher, as well as the organizations that have become branch offices of Gallagher after the launch of the Network, as branch office members. They are ex-officio members of the Global Service Network and enjoy the full benefits of the Network. In addition to the branch members, the network accepts a wide range of cooperative members. They have completely independent management and finances, and are not branch offices of Jia Law Firm, but only participate in the business collaboration and information sharing of “Jia Lawyers Global Service Network”, and enjoy all the rights and interests provided by the “Network”.

Becoming a member of the network is the first step to gain brand empowerment. Cooperative members are authorized to use the trademark “JIA LAWYER” and can provide legal services with “JIA LAWYER” as their external logo. The cooperative members still retain the original registered name of the law firm, and still use the original name to contract with the outside world. The trademark “JIA LAWYER” appears as their brand endorsement.

On the official website of “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network”, the member organizations will be listed as “JIA LAWYER” local offices. The introduction of the member organization will appear on the official website together with the introduction of the member firms and branch offices of Garrick Law Firm. The attorneys of the member organizations will also appear on the official webpage together with the attorneys of the firm and the members of the branch offices. The honors and achievements of JAVY Law Firm, branch member firms, and cooperative member firms will be displayed as the common honors and achievements of “JIA LAWYER”.

After the launch of “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network”, JAVY Law Firm will promote the “JIA LAWYER” brand through the integrated publicity matrix and hold a series of activities to build the global brand of JIA LAWYER. These activities include: JIA LAWYER Annual Meeting, JIA LAWYER Professional Forum, JIA LAWYER Inter-regional Theme Forum, JIA LAWYER Industry Forum, JIA LAWYER Theory and Academic Forum, etc. The members of JIA LAWYER can join in these activities and participate in the “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network”. Cooperating members can join in and participate in the professional exchanges and publicity of Jia Lawyers.

JIA LAWYER brand building activities can also be directed planning, that is, according to the individual needs of a member firm, the advantages of Jia law firms, for member firms to plan thematic branding activities.

The network will also support the cooperative members under the brand of “JIA LAWYER”, create personal IP of lawyers, assist the cooperative member lawyers to promote in the new media and traditional media platforms, and organize national excellent lawyers and excellent legal service products selection for the excellent “JIA LAWYER”. It also organizes national awards for outstanding lawyers and legal service products to empower outstanding “JIA LAWYER” individuals and products. “The network will also set up a digital business card system for lawyers, which will directly connect lawyers' data and provide them with relevant exposure on the JIA LAWYER platform.

2. Case source and business empowerment

Quality cases are the blood of a law firm's existence.One of the most important empowerments that the “JIA LAWYER Global Service Network” provides to its members is case sourcing and market development. First of all, the network will provide member firms with a nationwide distribution of high-quality case sources. Lawyers of member firms can access the digital case source platform of “JIA LAWYER” through PC and cell phone, and obtain case source information through the platform to select the clients to contact. Lawyers can also learn the complete record of the previous customer service personnel and customer communication through the recording.

In the near future, the network will build a legal services platform for end clients. Through this platform, member organizations will be able to obtain direct access to case sources, as well as sell legal service products developed by the team on the shelves.

Clients can book standardized legal service products on this platform, just like booking a hotel online, and can be matched with the most suitable lawyers in the whole “network” for offline contact after AI consultation, as well as tracking the progress of the service, supervising the service process, and realizing the peace of mind of entrusting the service.For member organizations, this matching mechanism takes into account not only the types of professional fields involved in the business, but also the lawyer's geographic location, star rating, past experience and other factors,

The artificial intelligence utilized by the platform will be trained on the data of “JIA LAWYER's Global Service Network”, and will be fully mastered by “JIA LAWYER” and best suited to “JIA LAWYER's” service quality requirements, We have developed an artificial intelligence tool that best suits our service quality requirements and lawyer matching mechanism.

3. Legal Technology Empowerment

The high-density use of legal technology is an important feature of the Global Service Network. In terms of legal technology, members of the network will have access to a shared and efficient digital management system, a knowledge management system, and a one-stop integrated lawyer efficiency tool.

The “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network” will establish a platform for lawyers' business collaboration. 4. Service quality, professional communication

Member organizations joining the platform will be required to comply with the requirements of the “Gartner Service Quality Standards” and the “Gartner Code of Conduct for Members” at all times. The platform will also continue to organize professional training, academic lectures, service practice sharing and other activities to help young lawyers grow, enhance the exchange of professional experience and improve service quality. Members can also obtain legal service product templates, document templates and other resources through the Network to enhance business standardization.

“The Network encourages the growth of lawyers and helps them establish their personal brands. Members also have the opportunity to participate in the annual “JIA LAWYERs” Outstanding Lawyer Awards and receive additional points for their rating.

“The network will also serve as a platform for professional exchanges. Cooperating members can organize various expert exchange platforms, including professional committees, regional committees and industry committees, to enhance professional exchanges and knowledge sharing in various fields and regions.

In the future, we will further strengthen the professional brand image of “JIA LAWYER”, publish “JIA LAWYER” monthly magazine, “JIA LAWYER” professional series, as well as formulate the “JIA LAWYER” professional brand image. 5. Planning Time

Rome wasn't built in a day, and “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network” is not a project that can realize the above services and functions in a short period of time. It requires our continuous efforts.

We have divided the construction of “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network” into three phases, and different service modules will be launched in each phase.

The first stage is the trial operation stage, we focus on some basic services online. These include the sharing of the core “JIA LAWYER” brand, the development of “JIA LAWYER” brand building activities, and the development of brand support for partner organizations. In terms of market and business, we will launch a digital case source platform, carry out business development with “JIA LAWYER”, and launch standardized legal service products. In terms of legal technology, the OA system will be shared with partner members and customized for specific processes, while two digital systems, the asset management system and data exhibits, will also be shared. In terms of achieving high-quality services, in addition to the two documents (“JIA LAWYER Service Quality Standards” and “JIA LAWYER Membership Code of Conduct”) as part of the “network”, JIA LAWYER's online professional training and JIA LAWYER's star-rating mechanism will also be realized.

If the first phase is the start of “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network”, then the second phase is the full roll-out of “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network” service programs. At the core of the project is the end-client system, which will be launched in the market and business area. The “network” will enable clients to book standardized service products on the “network”, as well as obtain AI advice and match lawyers to provide customized services. In terms of legal technology, three core tools: lawyer knowledge base management system, lawyer work efficiency tool integration, lawyer collaboration system will be realized online. In addition, the lawyer's digital business card, the lawyer's platform exposure, and the JIA LAWYER expert exchange platform will also be realized.

The progress of the system service lies in the continuous iteration based on the feedback.The core of the third phase is to further improve the system services based on the feedback from the previous phase, including publishing the monthly magazine “JIA LAWYER” and the “JIA LAWYER” professional series in terms of branding, and formulating the unified decoration standards for “JIA LAWYER” member firms.In terms of branding, we have published the monthly magazine “JIA LAWYER” and the “JIA LAWYER” professional book series; we have also formulated the unified decoration standard for “JIA LAWYER” member firms. In terms of market and business, we upgraded the terminal customer service: clients can get more complete legal counseling, lawyer matching, and quality follow-up services; we upgraded the system of the “network” platform based on the feedback from the use of the platform; we upgraded the management system of the firms in terms of legal science and technology, and expanded and updated the legal efficiency tools; we upgraded the rating system of the lawyers in terms of the quality of the services.
