On December 26th, JAVY Law Firm successfully held the activity of “Some Key Legal Issues of General Engineering Contracting”. Mr. Wang Yaoze, a partner of the firm, was the keynote speaker.

In addition, Mr. Wang also discussed the qualification requirements of general contracting in depth. He analyzed the evolution process and current situation of qualification requirements for general contracting from various angles such as historical development, laws and regulations, judicial practice and so on. In view of the current hot issues such as whether it is legal and effective for a single-qualified enterprise to sign a general contracting contract, and whether it is legal for a single-qualified enterprise to completely subcontract out the construction of a project, Mr. Wang combined with specific cases to provide in-depth explanations.With rich experience and unique insights, Mr. Wang's explanation gained unanimous praise from the lawyers present.
