In view of the current hot issues such as whether it is legal and effective for a single-qualified enterprise to sign a general contracting contract, and whether it is legal for a single-qualified enterprise to completely subcontract out the construction of a project, Mr. Wang combined with specific cases to provide in-depth explanations.
