On December 18th, JAVY Law Firm successfully held the activity of “Dialogue of JAVYLaw Firm (the first issue) - Dialogue between Environmental Law and Commercial Law”. Mr. Wei Wei, a partner of JIA LAWYER, shared the connection between commercial law and environmental law from the perspective of commercial law. From the six aspects of new company law and environmental liability, financial securities and environmental liability, corporate tax and environmental liability, personality denial and environmental liability, environmental disputes and commercial arbitration, environmental compliance and corporate compliance, she elaborated on the relevance of environmental liability in corporate compliance and governance, securities market, taxation, tort liability, etc. Through the introduction of laws, regulations and relevant cases, she refined the embodiment of environmental law in the commercial law business.
