Ms Yang Minyuan shared her views on the topic of ‘How young lawyers can make use of awards to expand their clientele’.

Mr Xu Lijun shared his views on the topic of ‘From Lawyers to Teams: Making Jianlian More Professional, Managing and Operating as a Team’.

He focused on the core value of empowering lawyers, especially in strengthening their ability to build and maintain client relationships, and pointed out that only through the close integration of branding, marketing and efficient operations can we maximise our effectiveness.

Mr Xu further analysed the importance of an integrated branding strategy from four dimensions: clients, lawyers, teams and firms. In the face of the age of information explosion, Mr Xu said that law firms should adopt a distributed communication strategy, using multiple points of contact to expand brand influence. Distributed communication not only enhances the coverage of information, but also promotes deeper interaction between the brand and the audience, which is an inevitable trend in the new era of brand communication for law firms.

In terms of digital transformation, Mr Xu particularly stressed the key role of digital business cards in the process of transformation from traditional information technology to digital operation.
