Yan Yue
Yan Yue holds a bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Nanjing Agricultural University, a master's degree in Law from Renmin University of China, and a master's degree in Law from Northwestern University in the United States.
Practice Areas: Dispute resolution and litigation, intellectual property.
Experience:
· Expertise in resolving and advising on intellectual property and competition law, including patent law, copyright law, trademark law, anti-unfair competition law, and antitrust law.
· Notable achievements include representing major communication enterprises in SEP rate litigations and SEP infringement cases, participating in administrative lawsuits to invalidate pharmaceutical compound patents, and handling various unfair competition and antitrust disputes for Tencent and other major companies.
· Provided specialized legal services for intellectual property and antitrust projects for companies such as Xiaomi, LG China Energy, Ele.me, Maotai, and Momo.
Yang Hua
Yang Hua earned a bachelor's degree in Law from Peking University.
Practice Areas: Capital markets and securities, mergers and acquisitions, criminal defense and representation, construction, and infrastructure.
Experience:
· Applies a systematic approach to legal service, integrating insights from politics, law, evidence, and financial policies.
· Successfully designed and executed legal strategies for resolving issues in large-scale projects, such as completing the delivery of a stalled real estate project in Zhengzhou.
