He has handled diverse cases such as commercial negotiations between a provincial finance department's hotel and a US hotel group, contract disputes, property rights disputes, and more.
Luo Wei Esq., holding a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, specializes in legal risk management, compliance, dispute resolution, litigation, and commercial arbitration and mediation. He co-authored several series of books on Sino-US law and has successfully handled cases involving international esports events in China, criminal defense for illegal fundraising, and a significant corporate equity repurchase dispute with a claim exceeding 100 million RMB.
