Q: Can you introduce yourself?

Zhao Junlin:

Hello, I'm Zhao Junlin, a committed legal professional. I studied law in university and have been dedicated to becoming a lawyer ever since. After graduating, I joined a law firm and now work in Senior Partner Wang Ming's team, focusing on litigation and general legal matters.

Q: Why did you choose to join Javy Law Firm, and what are your impressions so far?

Zhao Junlin:
I was drawn to Javy Law Firm because of its excellent reputation, highly professional team, and supportive environment. The firm’s strict and comprehensive case management helps lawyers effectively mitigate risks. I’m particularly impressed by the efficiency of the operations department, which always provides timely support.

Q: What legal areas do you specialize in, and what challenges have you encountered?

Zhao Junlin:
I’ve worked on many cases involving contract disputes, labor issues, and family law. The main challenge in these cases is identifying the key points of contention and using available evidence and legal grounds to protect the client's interests. In contract disputes, for instance, we often encounter companies unable to pay, so we sometimes "pierce the corporate veil" to hold shareholders accountable under the Company Law.

Q: What qualities do you think define an excellent lawyer, and do you have a mentor you admire?

Zhao Junlin:
An excellent lawyer is meticulous, manages case progress and details well, communicates effectively with judges and clients, and continuously learns new legal knowledge. I admire Senior Partner Wang Ming, who is diligent and earns the trust of his clients.

Q: What hobbies do you have outside of work, and do they help you in your career?

Zhao Junlin:
I enjoy trail running, which requires full concentration. Unlike road running, trail running takes place in nature, such as mountains and forests, providing a break from the city’s hustle. This hobby helps me relieve work stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is crucial for a lawyer's demanding job.

Q: What are your personal goals for the next three to five years?

Zhao Junlin:
I aim to handle more cases and gain practical experience. I hope to explore new legal areas and refine my expertise, ultimately becoming the kind of lawyer I aspire to be.
