On June 29, 2024, the Javy Law Firm's badminton team participated in the 9th "Chaoyang Lawyers Cup" badminton tournament, organized by the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association. Competing for the second time, Javy's team improved on last year's results, winning awards in both individual and team categories.
In the morning's individual events, team members, including partners Tian Qiuying and Wei Wei, achieved notable success. In the competitive men's singles category, Sun Ao and Ning Qian secured third and fourth place, respectively. In the afternoon's team competition, Javy's team advanced to the quarterfinals and received the "Strive and Progress" award, marking a breakthrough in their performance.
The team's success is attributed to rigorous preparation, with three weeks of practice organized by Javy's Brand and Culture Committee. The firm provided strong support, offering uniforms and training facilities.
The Javy Sports Club, founded in 2023, aims to foster camaraderie and a positive spirit among its members. In addition to badminton, the club hosts various activities, including running, tennis, and more, welcoming all interested participants.
