Hu Xiaoyan Esq., Deputy Director of JAVY Dezhou Branch, recently participated in a significant meeting hosted by the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association. The meeting gathered members of the Committee of Women Lawyers from across the province and directors from 16 cities' women lawyers committees. Ms. Hu, also the director of Dezhou Lawyers Association Women Lawyers Committee and a member of the Provincial Lawyers Association Women Lawyers Committee, attended the event.
The meeting included visits to historical sites like the Yimeng Revolutionary Memorial Hall and Yinquashan Han Tomb Bamboo Slip Museum. During the meeting, discussions revolved around implementing work plans, advocating for women and children's rights, addressing challenges faced by women lawyers, and promoting their well-being. Key speakers shared insights on professional development, especially in areas like marriage, family, and wealth management law.
Ms. Hu expressed her commitment to leveraging these experiences to enhance the role and impact of Dezhou women lawyers, aiming for practical advancements in their careers and influence.
