On the morning of April 7, 2024, Director Liu Yaqi from JAVY's Dezhou branch was invited to conduct the second session of the " Enterprise Association Legal Lecture Hall." The session focused on in-depth training and interpretation of key revisions in the new Company Law. The event took place at the Yang'an Town Condiment Industry Rural Revitalization Complex, with over 50 representatives from the Qingqi Association of Dezhou City, the Le Ling Condiment Industry Association, and executives from various enterprises attending.
Director Liu Yaqi generously donated one hundred copies of the Company Law books to facilitate the participants' learning alongside the course.
Starting from the historical evolution and foundational theories of the Company Law, Director Liu elaborated on topics such as capital contribution obligations, diversion and evasion of contributions, company articles and governance, equity and its transfer, and other significant revisions in the new Company Law. He specifically addressed concerns by analyzing the 13 types of joint liabilities and risk prevention in equity investment processes.
The session was praised unanimously for its rich content and practical insights.
