To advance green development, conserve resources, reduce pollution, and promote high-quality building standards, JAVY Law Firm's Senior Partner, Wang Wenyong, represented our firm at the "Commercial Service Sector Carbon Neutrality Group Standard" seminar on April 7, 2024.
During the seminar, Wang Wenyong discussed legal implications of carbon neutrality standards and highlighted relevant environmental law cases in China. The seminar, convened by the Beijing Chamber of Commerce for Business Services, tasked with developing the "Commercial Service Sector Carbon Neutrality Group Standard," will see active participation from our firm's environmental law experts, supporting China's dual carbon goals.
Participants included experts from the China National Institute of Standardization's Research Institute of Resources and Environment, Beijing Green Exchange, National Convention Center, Yizhuang Urban Renewal Group, Wansheng Group, Yinglan Properties, Shanghejia Property Management, and Yiyuan Innovative Office Shares.
