On November 30th, 2023, JAVY Law Firm held a seminar on judicial supervision in international business arbitration, with Dr. Liu Lu, director of Legal Research Department at JAVY, as the lecturer, joined by more than a dozen of lawyers.
Dr. Liu’s lecture focused on the legal system of international business arbitration, as well as the framework of legal supervision thereof. She used 10 real cases to illustrate the points, including the validity of arbitration agreements, standards to recognize the parties’ nationality, the application of parallel jurisdiction, etc. Dr. Liu also answered questions form the participants after the lecture, the seminar was well received by the participants.
