Ms. Li graduated from University of Macao with a Master of Laws degree, and Northwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree of Law. 

Specialized areas: Compliance, M & A, Construction & Infrastructural Law, Dispute Resolution & Litigation. 

Experience: Ms. Li is specialized in investment and M & A, compliance, construction bidding and corporate counsel, especially in energy & power industries, she has participate in numerous M & A projects involving PV and wind power plants, as well as designing the standard contracts & bidding files for several state-owned businesses.

Wang Min Esq. 

Ms. Wang graduated from Northwest University with a Master of Laws degree.

Specialized areas: Dispute Resolution, Compliance, Labor Law, Business Arbitration & Mediation, Construction & Infrastructural Law. 

Experience: 

Ms. Wang has represented numerous litigations involving construction disputes, served as legal counsel for dozens of SMEs, thus accumulated extensive experience in establishing rules and regulations and preventing legal risks for corporations. She also processes acute business sense to be able to successfully facilitate transactions for her clients.
