On March 4th, 2023, JAVY held a seminar on forensics, awnsweing important question such as how to spot fake testimony, how to exclude illegal evidence, and how to utilize the tool of judicial authentication to protect your clients’ rights. The lecturer is Ge Rui, a veteran forensic expert at Beijing Longsheng Traffic Accident Forensic Lab. JAVY’s Guo Peiyuan Esq. presided the meeting.
Ms. Ge has worked on more than 2500 forensic cases and accumulated extensive knowledge in the field. In her lecture on Saturday, she mainly focused on four points: 1. the clinical classifications of forensics, 2. Can an individual apply for forensic analysis? 3. The standards for different categories of forensics, 4. Case studies.
