As a law firm owner in this post-COVID era, how to expand your law firm and grow your business, remains a difficult question for many leaders in the industry. On Fed 17^th, 2023, JAVY hosted a seminar to explore the above topic. The seminar was joined by dozens of law firm leaders and viewed by thousands of people online. We hope this meeting will provide insights for the industry’s advancement. The meeting was presided by JAVY’s Wang Ying Esq.

JAVY’s deputy director, Cao Chunfang Esq., began the discussion by introducing JAVY’s experience in the past three years, and shared her views on the goals, performance, categories, and tendencies of law firms in China.

Jiangsu Dianye Law Firm’s director Cai Weisong Esq. shared his insights on law firm leadership and brand building, and concluded that the solidarity of partners is the key for law firms’ long-term development, and the harmonious culture will be a deciding factor of a law firm’s attractiveness to lawyers.

Hehei Chenhua Law Firm’s director Chen Hua Esq. shared her 40 years’ experience as a lawyer, she emphasized that lawyers’ expertise and professionalism is the key to success.

Beijing Dadaozhengtong Law Firm’s executive director Chen Shiyu Esq. shared his experience during the COVID lockdowns and mentioned it was a prime time for lawyers to sit down and study new skills.

Zhejiang Yimo Law Firm’s director Huang Juan Esq. introduced her law firm’s journey of adjustment during the COVID crisis, and her own interpretation of law firms’ culture and goals.

The other law firm leaders, including Wang Peng Esq. of Hebei Jihua Law Firm, Li Lihong Esq. of Beijing Quanyou Law Firm, Li Xiaoyue Esq. of Hebei Yuebin Law Firm, Mei Fajin Esq. of Zhejiang Fajin Law Firm, Ma Le of Fatianshi Database, Wang Ying Esq. of Hehei Fuhang Law Firm, Wu Zhen Esq. of Shandong Junchengrenhe Law Firm, also shared their insights respectively, about the challenges and opportunities law firms are facing in the post-COVID era.
