Ms. Luo graduated from Beihang University a Master’s degree of Law.

Specialized Areas: Compliance, Dispute Resolution & Litigation, PE & Investment Fund, Labor Law and IP law.

Publications: Ms. Luo has published numerous articles on civil litigations, crypto currency, Internet security, IP law and real estate law.

Experience: Ms. Luo has accumulated deep experience in the IP law field, she has represented more than 200 IP ligations involving big corporations and famous literary works, films and software. She is also highly specialized in labor law, business law and rights of reputation cases.

Zhao Gang Esq.

Mr. Zhao graduated from Liaoning University with a Master of Law degree.

Specialized Areas: Compliance.

Experiences: Mr. Zhao served as legal counsel for Tianjin Tebian Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd from 2015 to 2016. He later move to Beijing to serve multiple financial supervisory authorities and accumulated extensive experience in the field.
