On July 12th, JAVY’s partner Tian Qiuying was invited to join the 220th Smart Business conference to give a lecture on labor law compliance at the request of the Union of Beijing Business Services (UBBS), the event aims to promote public interests in the business field. The conference was joined by representatives from various enterprises, as well as more than 400 people online.
Ms. Tian’s lecture focused on corporate compliance and how to build a labor law compliance framework for a company to avoid legal risks, she also answered numerous questions from the participants.
One participant who works as a corporate HR showed his gratitude for Ms. Tian’s guidance, saying the lecture is full of useful knowledge and experience, which is very beneficial for company HRs to prevent employment legal risks, he hoped there will be more lectures like this.
