Recently, JAVY’s executive director Ge Youshan Esq. was invited to the Balizhuang community in Chaoyang district, Beijing, to give a lecture on the Civil Code, as a part of the village’s initiative to popularize the law.
Mr. Ge’s lecture introduced the Civil Code’s background and legislation, as well as its revisions over the previous laws. He utilized numerous real cases to illustrate the topic, explained the law to the audience with lively and interesting language. His deep knowledge and experience on the topic earned constant applauses from the community members.
