On May 26^th, 2023, Sun Shuping Esq. from JAVY’s Zaozhuang office was invited to give a lecture on the Civil Code at Zaozhuang Taxation Bureau, as a part of the taxation bureau’s “Taxpayers’ Class” online lessons to popularize the law and protect the taxpayers’ rights.

In her lecture, Ms. Sun explained and analyzed the articles from the Civil Code involving tax, including the tax owed by missing persons, corporate income tax, and inheritance tax. The Civil Code is often called “the encyclopedia of the society”, and should be abode by both tax collectors and taxpayers.
