Recently, the director of JAVY’s Zaozhuang office, Yu Xinhui Esq. was invited to preside a petition hearing in Zaozhuang, Shandong, in a petition case between a local government agency and an individual named Shao.
According to Regulations on Letters and Visits, third party hearing officers may be invited to preside a petition hearing if the issue is major, complex or difficult, the hearing officers will review the case together and form a final opinion to decide the outcome of the petition.
Mr. Yu was invited to preside the hearing due to his capacity and reputation in handling complex and difficult administrative cases, this also shows JAVY’s long-standing commitment in public interest.
