    In order to respond to and implement the requirements of Beijing municipal governments at all levels on epidemic prevention and control in the capital, and ensure the normal office order and staff health of Jay (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute"), according to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control in Beijing and the current situation of the Institute, these Provisions (Provisional) are hereby formulated as follows.

    01 law firm office space management


    1.1 in order to meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the Institute strengthens the disinfection frequency in the building, and the cleaning staff shall strictly disinfect the desk tops, floors, staircases and door handles in the office area on each floor to ensure that no dead corners are left.


    1.2 strengthen ventilation in the office area, and open the doors and windows irregularly every morning and afternoon for ventilation.


    1.3 according to the property and relevant prevention and control requirements, all personnel entering and leaving the office temporarily need to enter and leave from the lobby on the east side of the north gate or the B1 entrance and exit of the basement, and scan the registration information of Beijing health treasure in time after entering.


    02 law firm personnel management


    2.1 all personnel entering the Institute shall show relevant health information according to the latest requirements of Beijing on epidemic prevention and control.


    2.2 strengthen daily monitoring and tracking of daily health reporting function. The staff of the Institute shall report health information through enterprise wechat every day.


    2.3 the front desk staff must measure the temperature and scan the registration information of jiankangbao according to the requirements when receiving the visiting customers, and do a good job in information registration.


    2.4 if it is necessary to hold an on-site meeting of more than 10 and less than 25 people in the office of the exchange, it shall be reported to the administrative service department of the exchange one day in advance; If it is necessary to hold an on-site meeting with more than 25 people in the office of the exchange, it shall be reported to the administrative service department of the exchange 2 days in advance and can be held after being approved by the management committee.


    03 business trip management of lawyers and employees


    3.1 all lawyers and employees shall report to the HR Department of the exchange one day in advance for business trips or activities out of Beijing.


    3.2 returning to Beijing after going out shall meet the requirements of Beijing epidemic prevention policy.


    3.3 for commuters to and from Beijing, the latest Beijing entry and exit policy shall prevail.


    3.4 all personnel leaving Beijing must use "Jingxin help" to report before or within 12 hours after their arrival in Beijing; One nucleic acid test shall be carried out within 24 hours and 72 hours after arriving in Beijing. No meals, parties or visits to crowded places shall be held within 7 days after returning to Beijing (subject to the latest policies of Beijing Municipality).


    3.5 in case of health code pop-up caused by passing through medium and high risk areas, it shall take the initiative to report to the personnel department of the exchange for filing, and conduct home isolation as required.


    3.6 all personnel who fail to report after going out or returning to Beijing, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, shall be personally responsible.


    04 others


    4.1 the lawyers and employees of the firm shall actively cooperate with the relevant epidemic prevention measures of the firm, unite to fight the epidemic and overcome the temporary difficulties.


    4.2 in case of any loss caused to the exchange due to the misrepresentation or concealment of health information by our lawyers or employees, we have the right to investigate the legal liability of relevant personnel.


    4.3 this regulation will be implemented from June 20, 2022 for two months. If there is any adjustment, it will be notified separately according to the epidemic situation in Beijing.
