02. the personnel of the Ministry of education in charge of examining and approving teaching material illustrations may be convicted and punished in accordance with Article 397 of the criminal law on the crime of dereliction of duty or the crime of abuse of power because they are state functionaries.

03. if the relevant personnel responsible for reviewing and approving the illustration of teaching materials, as well as providing help for the successful approval of the illustration, and accepting other people's property, they shall be recognized as bribery crimes in accordance with the relevant provisions of the criminal law.

04. if the relevant responsible person is a member of the Communist Party of China, even if it is not involved in any illegal crime, it shall be subject to Party discipline and corresponding administrative sanctions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the regulations on disciplinary measures of the Communist Party of China.
