    • JAVY Announcement | JAVY issued the Announcement on Lawyers' Application for Promotion as Partners

    In 2021, JAVY Law Firm completed the change of organizational form and restructured into a special general partnership law firm.

    In order to further improve the large-scale development of the law firm, the firm will focus on promoting a group of partners after research by the Partner Management Committee. On January 13, 2022, JAVY released the "Announcement on Lawyer's Application for Promotion to Partner". The announcement details the types of partners, application qualifications and application methods.

    According to the "Articles of Association" and "Partnership Agreement" of JAVY Law Firm, the partners of JAVY Law Firm are divided into three categories: equity senior partners, senior partners and business partners.

    In order to provide a stronger backing and a better platform for the "Jia" people, JAVY is further accumulating the scale of the law firm. Lawyers who are interested in becoming JAVY's partners are requested to apply for registration as required.
