The winter is over, and all things are renewed. We bid farewell to 2021, which is full of harvests, and usher in 2022, which is full of hope. On the occasion of saying goodbye to the old and welcoming the new, on behalf of JAVY Law Firm, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the colleagues who have walked hand in hand, the family members who have paid silently, the partners who have been side by side with me, and the friends from all walks of life who have given me care and love, to all the "Jia" people, Best regards and best wishes.

This year, the world economy recovered weakly, and extreme weather and natural disasters occurred frequently. Itinerary codes, health codes, and nucleic acid testing have become important passports; remote meetings and online court hearings have opened up a new "cloud" work model. Although the epidemic has pressed the pause button on social communication, production and life, it cannot stop our determination and pace to respect the law, cherish life, and enjoy our life.

This year, we are full of sincere enthusiasm, take firm steps, and move forward with unswerving determination to our goals. Having formulated and implemented the first "five-year plan" of Javy Institute and officially opened the prelude to the system reform. In January, it was renamed JAVY Law Firm, and it was officially approved as a “special general partnership” law firm in December, which marked the successful completion of JAVY’s restructuring. The subsequent development of JAVY Institute has laid a strong institutional foundation.

This year, we launched various preferential policies to introduce outstanding talents through multiple channels. The sound three-level decision-making system, reasonable profit distribution mechanism, and inclusive zero-cost practice policy have attracted a large number of new lawyers to join. The number of registered lawyers has exceeded 130, and it has successfully ranked among the top 40 law firms in Beijing. The nearly doubled growth rate has verified our brave rise this year and witnessed the hard work of all Jiawei people.

This year, we have reported good news frequently. Our Law Firm, she has been successively selected as a number of central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, listed companies and other large-scale corporate legal counsel projects; the good news of the agency case connection has won the full praise of clients and parties; she has won a number of awards from major international and domestic professional institutions, and has been widely praised in the industry . All of these demonstrate the consistent performance of JAVY’s loyalty and reliability, strong politics, superb business, and thoughtful service, which has been fully recognized by judicial and administrative authorities at all levels, customers and parties and colleagues in the industry.

This year is the "implementation year" for comprehensively governing the country by law. We have carried out in-depth development of "I do practical things for the people", actively expanded the ways to serve the people, established legal service teams, entered communities and enterprises to conduct "legal physical examinations", undertaken legal aid duty tasks in Huairou District and Chaoyang District, and devoted themselves to public welfare legal services, publicity on the rule of law; reached in-depth cooperation with Sunshine Midway Home in Chaoyang District, and actively participated in community corrections personnel assistance; responded to donation activities such as "Communist Party members donate love" and "donate winter clothes for poor mountainous areas" to promote the development of public welfare undertakings and use actions to give back to the community.

This year, we have always adhered to the principle of Party building leading the team building, strengthening the building to promote development, and fully implementing the "four major" projects of Party building leading development. We organized and carried out various forms of educational activities on the theme of "Celebrating the Centenary of the Party". Through online video presentations, offline visits and learning and other means, the staff of the institute have a profound understanding of the party's century-old struggle and bravely go ahead toward the second century-old goal.

In 2021, we will be grateful to the times, appreciate the rule of law, thank customers, colleagues, and all "Jia" people! You will always be the driving force in our hearts.

The original intention is like a rock and hard work, and the practice is far-reaching to write a new chapter. In 2022, JAVY Law Firm will continue to implement various work plans in accordance with the "First Five-Year Plan", and go all out to achieve the strategic goal: In three years, the scale of lawyers will enter the forefront of the country; in five years, she will build a global legal service network and become a global legal service network and a global law firm. Through mergers with domestic and foreign law firms, etc.,she will achieve resource sharing and qualification sharing, with the new development concept of openness, co-construction and win-win, the firm will be built into a powerful platform for all partners to create business together.
