Practice Experience：

In April 2019, represented the appellee (plaintiff in the original trial) in a motor vehicle traffic accident liability dispute between Wang XX and the appellant Zhao XX. After several times of obtaining evidence and several times of communication between lawyers, parties and judges, the Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court finally issued [(2019)JING02MINDUAN9297] a civil mediation letter, and the dispute has been successfully resolved.

In January 2020, represented the plaintiff Beijing XX Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. v. Xiao XX in the case of a commercial house pre-sale contract dispute. The People's Court of Fangshan District, Beijing issued a judgment [(2020) Jing 0111 Min Chu No. 3442], which supported most of the plaintiff’s claims.

In February 2020, represented Tangshan Caofeidian XX Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in a housing sales contract dispute with the plaintiffs Ge XX and Liu XX. After the Caofeidian District People's Court [(2020) Ji 0209 Minchu No. 621, the first-instance judgment, the Tangshan Intermediate People's Court finally rejected most of the plaintiff's claims.

In May 2021, represented the plaintiff Cui XX v. Zhang XX and Hebei XX Construction Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. in a case involving a dispute over a sale and purchase contract, with a principal of 710,000 Yuan. The Suning County People's Court made a civil judgment [(2021) Ji 0926 Min Chu No.887] after trial in accordance with the law, and the principal fully supported the plaintiff’s claim.

In June 2021, represented the plaintiff Beijing XX Electric Co., Ltd. v. XX Group Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. in a case involving a dispute over a sale and purchase contract, involving a principal of more than 250,000 Yuan. After the Fengtai District People’s Court tried in accordance with the law and issued a civil judgment [(2021) Jing 0106 Min Chu No. 18739], the principal and interest of this case basically fully supported the plaintiff’s claims.
