On the afternoon of December 5th, the Beijing Lawyers Association's Non-performing Assets Disposal Committee held its 2021 annual meeting in the JAVY Law Building Lecture Hall. Zhao Zenghai, Vice President of the Beijing Lawyers Association, Sun Jingze and Yang, Directors of the Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association's Non-performing Assets Disposal Committee. More than 10 lawyers including Director Song Jingze, Yang Kai, Zeng Yi, Liu Gangming, the secretary general and other committee members attended the meeting.     

Before the meeting began, the participants visited the working hall, lecture hall, remote shared meeting room, moot court, party building activity room, multi-function hall, book and calligraphy room, teahouse and other areas of JAVY Law Firm. The office environment and atmosphere of the institute are highly praised.

Zhao Zenghai, Vice President of Beijing Lawyers Association and Director of JAVY Law Firm, delivered a speech. He appreciated all members of the Non-Performing Asset Disposal Committee for their wonderful sharing speeches. In just half a day, not only did they exchange ideas and share practices, but also the understanding has been enhanced. I hope that such activities can be held more frequently in the future, so as to provide lawyers colleagues with more extensive learning and communication opportunities.

After the meeting began, Director Sun Jingze of the Special Committee on Disposal of Non-performing Assets first made a speech. He summarized the work of the Special Committee in 2021, said thanks to all the members of the Special Committee for their efforts in this year, and affirmed everyone’s contribution and achievements over the past year, and at the same time he put forward specific requirements for the work of the new year, and formulated a work plan for 2022. Subsequently, four issues were focused on the recommendations of the committee’s work and activities in 2022, the development trend of the non-performing asset industry, the development direction of the lawyer industry in the non-performing asset business in 2022, and the draft for the consultation draft of the High Court’s entrusted appraisal and evaluation guidelines.  And the participants expressed their opinions, fully discussed and exchanged their ideas.
