Attorney You Jing graduated from Renmin University of China and Meiji University in Japan. She had been practicing for 8 years, focusing on the compliance management of Japanese companies, Japanese companies' investment in China, Chinese-funded companies' investment in Japan, and environmental resource law research.
During her tenure as a guest researcher at the Environmental Law Research Center of Meiji University, Japan, she participated in many discussions and written papers with Chinese and Japanese legal experts. She has served as a lecturer in many trainings on Chinese laws and regulations for Japanese companies and provided interpretations of Chinese laws for Japanese government investigation projects.
