On the morning of January 26, 2021, the Fourth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Fujian Province successfully completed its agenda and concluded in Fuzhou. • Regarding the further improvement of the level of legalization of the business environment in Fujian Province, the proposal to study and formulate the "Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment in Fujian Province" as soon as possible;

• Suggestions on strengthening the legislation of Fujian Province and promoting the joint management of the ecological and environmental protection of mines in our province;

• Recommendations on promoting the development of private enterprises in Fujian Province in an all-round way;

• Proposals for Fujian Province to listen to grassroots voices to ensure democratic legislation;

• Suggestions on accelerating the process of local legislation in Fujian Province and promoting the healthy development of prepaid consumption; 

• Recommendations on advancing the entry of collective operating construction land in Fujian Province into the market;

• Suggestions on accelerating the innovation and development of the Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone;

• Suggestions on further optimizing the business environment in Fujian Province and stimulating the vitality of enterprises.

The new era is endowed with new missions, and the new journey shows new achievements. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and it is a year of special importance in the process of our country's modernization drive.
