Recently, JAVY law firm equity senior partner Wang Zi Chang and partner Wei Wei, with solid professionalism and unremitting efforts, successfully helped the client to achieve a criminal case, and ultimately recovered all the economic losses for the client.
Previously, the client went to a branch office of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau to report the case after encountering fraud, however, the branch office issued a Notice of Non-filing, which determined that the case was a loan-type civil dispute, and told the client that he needed to solve the case by suing on his own. Faced with this dilemma, the client entrusted Wang Zizhang and Wei Wei to file a criminal report, seeking professional legal help.

After receiving the materials provided by the two lawyers and the Lawyer's Opinion, a branch of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to revoke the Notification of Not Filing a Case, and ultimately confirmed that the case was indeed a criminal offence, and took coercive measures against the suspect.
Recently, the suspect's family has paid the full amount of the money involved to the client, and the client's legitimate rights and interests have been effectively protected.
