On April 20, 2021, JAVY Law Firm received the letter of appointment of experts issued by the sixth and seventh procuratorial departments of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The sixth and seventh procuratorial departments of the Supreme People's Procuratorate hired Zhao zenghai, director of JAVY law firm, as an expert of the "civil and administrative procuratorial expert consultation network" of the Supreme People's Procuratorate from March 2021 to February 2023.

The members of the consulting expert database are mainly composed of expert lawyers recommended by the people's procuratorates of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government and local lawyers associations from the excellent lawyers of their own provinces and cities.
